Collection, Delivery and Returns

Click & Collect
We offer a FREE click and collect from the salon for your order.  Please ensure you select the correct day as we operate a locked door to ensure continuity during our treatments.  If you cannot find a time that is convenient please call the salon on 01241 855222. 

DELIVERIES and CLICK/COLLECT 
Can only be posted Wednesday-Saturday.  These may change dependant on staff holidays which will be noted at checkout.

ROYAL MAIL - £4.95
Due to certain restricted items we can only post out in one order:
Perfume up to 150ml or 4 items
Nail Varnish up to 30ml or 4 items
We cannot post out acetone or gel polish removal kits.

Returns  - You must notify us immediately of  any items that are faulty. Please contact us direct on 01241 855222.  Please ensure at checkout you have chosen the correct items before purchase.  If a refund is requested, this can take 5-10 days to process.

Gift Vouchers - Online printable vouchers are available onlilne via main website.   Carded vouchers must be collected in salon, as unfortunately in the past vouchers have gone missing via mail, so we no longer offer that service.
