Sorry we do not offer shipping on our shop products at the moment, local collection only. When you order at checkout 'shipping address' is for your payment details' you then will be given collection days and times. We operate a locked door out with these times to ensure continuity and quiet time for our salon customers. If you cannot find a time that is convenient please call the salon on 01241 855222.
Returns - You must notify us immediately of any items that are faulty. Please contact us direct on 01241 855222. Please ensure at checkout you have chosen the correct items before purchase. If a refund is requested, this can take 5-10 days to process.
